DAYS	DETAILED INFORMATION
DAY1	Assemble at college at 23:45 Hrs Depart To Aurangabad By Bus, Overnight on Board
DAY2	Reach Aurangabad by 08:00 am; get transferred to hotel and rest. After breakfast depart for Industrial Visit back for lunch, proceed for local sightseeing Biwi Ka Makbara. Overnight stay at the Hotel
DAY3	After breakfast, visit Ellora Caves; back to hotel and after lunch proceed towards Daulatabad fort and Grishneshwar Temple, python garden. Evening Dj Night and Party, Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY4	After Breakfast Depart for Industrial Visit, back to hotel for Lunch, after lunch depart for Mumbai, Reach college by 9 Pm.

Day 03

Cornflake with Milk, Medu Wada, Sambhar, Poha, Bread Butter, Tea, Coffee.

Lunch Menu:

          Veg Manchow Soup, 2 Types Salad, Papad, Pickle, Chutney, Veg Kadhai, Veg Bhuna, Roti,  Butter   Naan, Dal Makhani, Jeera Rice, Strawberry Ice Cream.

Day 04

Dear Sir\Madam,

Our team is experienced and well travelled to various destinations and has hands on experience in organizing enumerable educational tours on both international and domestic grounds. We have no direct control over Airlines, Railways, Shipping’s, and Bus Coaches. We have no direct control over hotels/resorts and other facilities or services mentioned in our brochures. We only select the best among them and thus have no direct control on running them. Any Increase in Rail, Air, Bus, Boat, Petrol, Diesel or other such services affected thereof are not included in the tour cost and passenger shall have to bear the same before the tour. The Passengers/ institutions cannot cancel the tour programme on account of any increase in said changes. All Enquires/Bookings/Cancellations for the educational institutions are accepted through the concerned authority only. Students and parents may not deal directly with the tour organizer. All students should carry along with them their current identity cards provided by the institution and while the tour commences. The right of admissions is fully reserved by the tour organizer and the principal of the institution. If any ex-students/ Extra teachers/parents/Relatives wish to join any tours along with the students and teacher; they will have to pay an extra amount as decided by the tour organizers and with the prior permission of the institution.

Registration:

Registration forms along with detailed itinerary will be distributed free of charge. Registration from duty filled up by students/parents should be submitted along with a non-refundable advance amount. The form should be counter signed by the principle or tour in charge teacher. Payment can be done by cash/Cheque only. Cheque should be drawn in favors of “Glotrip”

Cancellation:

Individual/Group 1st installment Amount paid during the time of registration in non-refundable. Additionally the following charges are to be forfeited, 10% before 60 days, 25% before 45 days, 50% before 25 days and 75% before 5 days and

NO RE-FUND ON NO SHOW (Cancellation without prior notice).

Valuable Loss / Theft:

The institution is requested to inform students not to carry their valuables. The Organizers shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to extent any help or compensate for the loss/theft, personal injury, sickness, delay increase expense, consequential loss or any miss adventure however caused. The organizers reserve the right to claim any additional amount for the expense due to delay or changes in train, bus, flight, ships or the services, weather conditions, war quarantine, strike or any other cause whatsoever. Once u book on the tour you get into an implied agreement with our company and have read the rules and regulation laid down by Glotrip and hence the institutions and the tour in charge has agreed to abide by them.
